SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Make it nice or make it twice. We want you to be completely satisfied with your merch. In order to keep our guests happy and full we offer an easy exchange policy we hope will satisfy your tastes..
- Merchandise must be returned WITHIN 30 days upon receipt of the item to be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please note, if the item was PRE-ORDER ONLY, it will be a final sale. Unless approved otherwise by our customer service rep.
- Merchandise that is returned AFTER the 30 days will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition; merchandise cannot be worn, stained, and/or damaged.
- Customers will need to be responsible for all shipping procedures including applicable shipping fees. We must receive the unwanted items first, then we will send you the new items you are exchanging or your store credit/refund.
- Please allow up to 7 days upon receipt for exchanges to be processed.
